B.Com. Management Accounts, Honours in Investment Management and CFA Level 1
Paul joined NFB in 1999 and was appointed to its board eight years later. Passionate about financial markets and dynamic asset allocation, he currently heads up NFB Asset Management. Here he is responsible for the administration and management of NFB’s asset management activities, which include local and offshore solutions.
In 1998, Paul completed a BCom (Hons) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. In his spare time, he enjoys running and enjoys architecture. He is a keen reader, constantly remaining abreast with the industry by reading books relating to local and international financial markets.
B.Com. and Honours in Economics
Mosa completed a BCom (Hons) in economics from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2012. She has been with NFB Asset Management for in excess of seven years and has recently taken on responsibility for NFB AM’s fund manager research activity both locally and globally, including both quantitative and qualitative aspects. A keen adrenaline junkie, Mosa enjoys outdoor adventures and travelling in her free time.
B.COM. Marketing, Honours in Business Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, and MCom Strategic Business Management
Loucile completed a BCom (Hons) in business management in 2014, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2017 and MCom in Strategic Business Management in 2019 at the University of the Free State. She is responsible for developing and maintaining NFB Asset Management’s various communication tools; including the Minimum Disclosure Documents and the website amongst others. She also supports NFB’s financial advisors in their marketing efforts related to NFB AM.
She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends, and has a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with world news.
B.Com. Finance, Investment and Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning
Amy completed her B.Com. degree in Finance, Investment and Management from the University of Witwatersrand in 2016, she completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2017 followed by the FPI CFP Professional Competency Examination in 2018. Amy joined NFB AM in 2017 and as well as being Paul's assistant, she works alongside him in the Asset Allocation process and is responsible for the administration, pricing, reporting and trading of various NFB AM portfolios. She also co-ordinates the compliance of AM and communications between the team and NFB AM's Board and Investment Committee. In her spare time Amy enjoys studying, baking, hiking, horse-riding and spending time outdoors.
