Quarterly Total Investment Costs Update



Our industry reporting has evolved a lot over the past few years, particularly with regards to the transparency of fees. Total Investment Costs (TICs) is a tool that enables investors to understand the costs of the unit trusts they invest in. Along with assisting our investors to achieve their investment goals, we believe that efficient cost management is essential.

The average TIC within the ASISA: SA – MA - High Equity sector is 1.82%. Relative to this fee, the NFB Ci Managed Fund is cheaper by c.50% whilst the NFB Ci Managed Growth Fund of Funds is cheaper by c.25%.

The average TIC within the ASISA: SA – MA - Low Equity sector is 1.64%. Relative to this fee, the NFB Ci Stable Fund is cheaper by c.40% whilst the NFB Ci Defensive Fund of Funds is cheaper by c.20%.
